Ariel is competent in multicultural counseling and is trained in CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), in which she utilizes Mindfulness techniques to help clients manage challenging feelings and unhelpful thought patterns, while moving their lives in the direction of their highest values.
Ariel is comfortable working with individuals coping with identity issues, depression, general anxiety and perfectionism, and hopes to develop her skills in couples counseling
